You know you're far gone when you come to deviantArt,
only to see that everything has changed...

*sigh*

I've been so absent as of late and I know I'll be gone for a while again after
this journal entry. At least Jabari is FINALLY textured. I don't know how much
time I spent on him. All I know is that I had to unwrap him twice, and I painted
no less than SEVEN textures for him. No less than six were complete crap in
my opinion, and the final one is so far off the original concept that none of
you will probably recognise him when I finally come around to rendering him.

I've already begun to rig him...the rig is built, I'm busy adding IK and all that
other lovely hierarchy stuff that can mess up so easily...I'm almost done with
that. Then I just have to skin him and paint the weights so his body deforms right.

So...what do you guys want? Want me to render him in the modeling pose, or
should I wait 'til I have him rigged and set into an actual pose?

Hopefully I'll find more time for devaintArt soon.
